The Smart Tax Alliance (STA) is reminding British Columbians that today is the deadline to request voting packages for the HST Referendum. BC voters need to call Elections BC immediately if they still don’t have a ballot or have damaged their original ballot. The STA’s call to action for BC voters is that they mark their ballot NO and mail them to Elections BC before August 5, 2011 to avoid going back to a higher, 12% PST-GST double tax.
